2021 Matric Pupil at Hermanus High School excel in Science
Kirsten Koen, 2021 Matric Pupil at Hermanus High School, took part in the SAASTA (South African Agency for Science and Technology Advancement) Olympiad during her Grade 12 year. We got the news that Kirsten came second nationally in the Life Science section! A surprise parcel arrived at school for Kirsten and Mrs Wiegman, her Life Science teacher, handed the parcel containing a brand new laptop to Kirsten today. Kirsten was one of our top students in Matric and achieved 96% for Life Science (NSC).
