Cannons Creek supports alleviating period poverty
Cannons Creek High School’s Interact Club recently held a Bake Sale, with the proceeds going towards SAAGE. This Pinelands-based organisation, aims to alleviate period poverty through the introduction of SAFEPAD. This washable pad designed with anti-microbial technology is unlike any other product on the South African market because it prevents infections and sterilizes itself during use, and lasts about five years.
