Creston College Senior Primary Sports Day a hit!
The boys’ swim team took part in the D&D E-league relay gala in Durban at Kings Park, on Wednesday, 9 March. The boys swam with courage and determination and with a few slight errors ended up fourth. They however broke two records and are commended for their effort and team work.
The girls participated in the D&D D-league relay gala on Thursday, 10 March, also at Kings Park in Durban. Team coach Mandy Koegelenberg, and Manager Lindy Horlock, Ms Zelna van Heerden were totally impressed and taken aback by the girls in the way that they stepped up their game and went all out showing skill, determination and the will to win in a flawless participation, to win the gala in outstanding form. They are now promoted to the C-league for 2023.

An update on Sibulele Ngcaku on his outstanding performance at the KZN athletics championships held on 25 and 26 February in Pietermaritzburg. He has qualified to compete at the SA champs to be held during the March holidays in the North West Province in both the 100m and 150m under 12 boys events.
Oliver Smith, Simanye Manona and Loyiso Ndamasa took part in the under 11 KZN Cricket trials in Durban over the weekend. Creston College congratulates the under 11 boys, who were selected into the Ugu team and attended cricket trials over the weekend.
