Kearsney College tennis star
Kearsney College’s Grade 8 pupil, John Bothma, has been selected for the South African U14 tennis team. This team will play at the African Junior Championships in Egypt this month (June).
During May the team won the Southern African zonal tournament in Zimbabwe. They now progress to represent the Southern region in Egypt.
Ant Willows, master in charge of tennis at Kearsney College, said John is a super-talented player, with an unbelievable work ethic and never-say-die attitude.
