Students sandwich up a storm at Glenashley Prep
Learners across all grades spent the morning making sandwiches to mark Mandela Day, which falls in the school holidays. Learners at Glenashley Prep made sandwiches for the Domino Foundation to distribute in the local community. The school were supported by Sunshine Bakery, who donated the bread for the sandwiches, and their parent community, who donated all the peanut butter and other requirements for the event. Approximtely 500 sandwiches were donated to Domino Foundation, along with jars of peanut butter and cash donations.
