Glenashley Prep Top State school at the SA National Geography Olympiad
The first ever South African National Geography Olympiad was held on 7 June. Glenashley Preparatory School are very proud to acknowledge the participation of their learners in the Olympiad and to announce that the School achieved 1st place as the top State school in the Primary School category in the country. Grade 7 learner at the School, Ryan Ward, won 2nd place in the top five primary school learners in the country, and was the top primary school learner for KwaZulu-Natal. A number of other learners achieved certificates for placement in the top 5 – 15%, as well as participation certificates.
