Sutherland High School’s Art Stars
Sutherland High School’s Art Stars. In term 2, a few of our Art Club learners entered a National MathArt Competition for schools. The theme was fusing Mathematical concepts with Art. The first round of submissions entailed digital submissions of learners’ artworks. We are very proud of Shaylin Parbhoo whose artwork has made it to the Semi-Finals of the competition.
His artwork will be sent to Gqeberha for the final adjudication and will be part of the exhibition at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Art Museum (Gqeberha). We wish Shaylin the best of luck for the competition and look forward to excellent results.
